About 10 minutes ago for 10 to 15 minutes the USDJPY's price was vibrating. I've seen it several times in the past and was just wondering what is happening behind the scenes (e.g. with the market makers?). Thanks.
A tick chart is the only chart that it will clearly show-up on (after it happens). But while it happens, the price vibrates 1/10-2/10 of a penny 3-4 times per second for several minutes. And, it is almost completely flat with a 2.5-4.5 cent spread (usually 1.3-1.8) Today I was using MT4 w/Forex.com, but I feel certain that I've seen it w/Oanda MT4 (I'm planning to check next time).
Forex.com uses their own quotes correct? So it's actually not the real fx market... maybe their own algo got weird...
