Yeah, I remember those daily briefings. In a few, Cuomo question why the President has not invoke that act. We knew what to do from day one, how to proceed to defeat the virus. We had already done that with SARS. But we ruined our chances by doing nothing about a much more insidious enemy than any virus, our mentally ill President, "the most dangerous man in America."
