Here, in Lake Oswego, the person who turned out to be positive, walked into a medical facility and interacted with 50+ stuff before they identified the problem. That was also a week ago. I was on a phone with a doctor friend in WA, who says they have a confirmed case in his town, L-w, WA yet it is not publicised. Things like that. At this stage, testing, lock downs isn't going to stop the spread, but it'll slow it down which will keep the treatment scale more manageable. By the time they have symptoms and get tested they've already spread to multiple people.
