Unless one can completely detach themselves from their own personal bias, which is next to impossible, it just becomes a blame game. Great game to play if you like war.
Yes, I imagine we all try to obscure it to our advantage. But, for the most part, I think most of us can generally agree where morality ends and immorality begins if we are being honest with ourselves. Perhaps the litmus test should be the Golden Rule, which is on the decent end of the morality continuum.
You forgot one category Rearden -- my category -- none of the above. Plus I think you meant to write Jews vs. Antisemites -- not Jews vs. Gentiles. There is no inherent friction between Jews and Gentiles, but there certainly is between Jews and Jew Hating Gentiles or Antisemites.
