Regarding BBC, ranking is about connectivity yet BBC headline is technology (talk about propaganda). For all Europeans here if you weren't such suckers for anything anti-american you would be willing (maybe) to read the whole article.
America is to blame for this in the first place. If American companies would STOP outsourcing their work to china, india, and others who will do the work cheaper, then MAYBE US college students would have some incentive to get comp science degrees, which is one reason I dropped out of ITT tech.
