You have too good opinion of Russia, Europe and China, chances are they will sell more nukes to the arabs/muslims to keep the war going. The US and the muslim world nuking each other into oblivion is their dream come true, divide and conquer scenario. Of course they always tend to underestimate the possibility that the first nuke will be detonated in London, Paris or Moscow, not in New York or Tel-Aviv.
