  1. Hi Folks

Can anybody tell me what the Yahoo ticker symbol is for the US Dollar Index. It used to be $DXC or ^DXY but both of these now come up as invalid.

    Thanks

  2. Try this.

  4. Many thanks to those who replied. Althought the US Dollar Index can be located from other sources I need to be able to download it from Yahoo as one of the inputs to a model I have developed for trading the QQQQ - Nasdaq100 tracking stock.
For some reason Yahoo have changed the symbol for it. As a matter of interest if anybody else regulary trades the QQQQ what kind of yearly returns are you getting. At the moment I have returned 47% over the last 12 months.

47% is very impressive - you want to talk about your methodology at all? and how it relates to the USD Index?

  6. Many thanks for that info.

  7. do you mind telling us the size of account that

    you originally started with ?

    I can tell you that I am up between 750 - 1000 %
in the last 3-4 months trading futures
but it does not mean squat if the account size is small ... ( ok it still looks like a nice return )

-At the moment I have returned 47% over the last 12 months. -
