Negative Bank Reserve Numbers. I knew they had fallen to 198 million but to go negative? Where is all this money going??? So essentially the banks owe more money to their depositors then they actually have in existence, including all those based on the fractional reserve system... Time to move to somewhere else?

The YouTUbe video says BONDS may rally on flight to safety, and lower interest rates.

Watch out as and demand on banks funds by depositors will see bonds fall as they will need to SELL bonds to raise cash for withdrawals.
