Hi All, We have been asked to translate into French a excerpt of a conversation between two traders. Could anyone explain the meaning of "on the cap" in the following sentence? "I just don't think they're going to get any of that stock, but anyway... they're just trying to get a feel for the long onlys, but they're suddenly on the cap." Thanks for your help.
