Are you sure your time settings are correct for the sessions? They should be set to 1 minute before the open and after the close.
Quite Sure, actually for minimizing the influence, i changed the setting to [09:00 to 09:15 and 16:59 to 16:29], try best to eliminate the wrong data I also talked with some other agents of eSignal service provider, they also got the same problem and told me that they also revealed to eSignal aly
