I already told you that I'm not Asian. I've just been letting you make a fool of yourself by not replying.

You are ET's# 1 Racist Asian advocate. Most of your posts are pro Asian on Asian issues. You love to make negative posts about other races but run away when asked why do so many Asian women date and marry other races of men,far more than any other race of female.Since you followed me to this thread answer the question.

One reason Omicron spread fast is because it re-infected people who had other variants before, now who gets serious Covid depends on lot of other factors but double infection was pretty common.

I have a more pertinent question...

Why do we never see a pregnant Asian woman "out there" You know, like on the TV, in the mall, in the news, just in general. It is damned odd. So...Where do Asians come from? *snark*

The NFL nor any other United States professional team send their Covid testing results to a genomic sequencing lab for "sub-lineage analysis"...except for the NBA (more about that later).

The so-called documented reinfections in the NFL or in any other U.S. professional sport are by statements by the athlete or statements by a team doctor that stated the athlete had tested positive for Covid months earlier prior to their 2nd or 3rd Covid infection. Thus, it's then listed as a "reinfection" without any actual genomic sequencing verification except in the few cases when the athlete was hospitalized.

As stated multiple times in this thread and verified via the data by the GISAID...

The United States documentation of reinfections is extremely poor (2.5-5.0%) of millions of positive Covid tests due lack of funding (its very expensive) and ZERO documentation of reinfection from free home tests, Covid testing centers, Covid treatment centers...

ZERO documentation of millions of positive Covid tests.
    • Seriously, I think it was Trump that said something like if we stop testing for Covid...we would have ZERO infections. :D
Guess what guys, the above is "almost" being applied for genomic sequencing in the United States for reinfections.

In contrast, as Tony knows because I specifically told him...documentation of the vaccinated having breakthrough infections is literally almost 100% (actually I think it was like 98%).

Simply, a person that understands statistics or knows basic math will know that if a country like the United States has only 2.5 - 5% genomic sequencing for all Covid positive tests to look for reinfections and almost 100% (98%) of documentation of Vaccinated with breakthrough infections...

We don't need to be rocket scientists to know which group will have the most infections. :D

With that said, I've mentioned several times here at the forum and at least once in this thread...the 12 specific countries that have > 5% genomic sequencing of their Covid positive tests. One of the 12 countries has genomic sequence more than 50% of the positive Covid tests in its population. It's also one of the countries

Guess what...these are the same 12 countries with genomic sequenced verified Covid reinfections. I'm not going to tell people to use Google to find the reinfection data considering I've already posted it twice here at the forum but I will give them a few little hintss that should spur their own independent research...
Here's another big hint about verified reinfections...the United Kingdom has genomically sequenced more than 13% of the Covid positive tests in its population.

Therefore, the United Kingdom should have the highest number of verified reinfections.

A few close friends of mine that do in fact study Covid reinfections...they were able to get the U.K. to update their data to include reinfection data.

As of January 31st, 2022 in the United Kingdom...with 588,114 (4.0%) Covid reinfections of the 14,845,382 Covid positive tests that were genomically sequenced. Since January 31st...the total of Covid positive tests has been 18.2 million in comparison to the United States with 77.4 million Covid positive tests.

    Here's another hint...

As the Omicron variant of the coronavirus drives new waves of COVID infections around the world, some early studies appear to show the risk of reinfection has risen.

According to an analysis by the United Kingdom’s Office for National Statistics (ONS), the risk of reinfection is 16 times higher when Omicron was the dominant variant, compared with the period when Delta was dominant.
    • The analysis also showed that unvaccinated people were twice as likely to be reinfected than those who had their second dose of vaccine in the previous 14 to 89 days.
With infection rates continuing to surge across most regions around the world and as the number of reinfections also climbs, experts have said that protection from previous infections or vaccines declines over time.

If you guys want to keep debating about reinfections...at least talk about the countries that are making a decent effort in documenting reinfections but the U.K. is one of the top countries.
The United States is not one of those countries able to properly document reinfections but the United States is one of the best countries in documenting Vaccination Breakthrough Infections.
    • Here's a puzzle for those truly interested in reinfection data...which country of the 12 I identified in this thread has genomically verified Covid reinfections 2,796,982 individuals ???
    • For those stuck on professional athletes as their source for Covid information...which of the identified countries should you be focusing on studying their professional athletes for reinfections ?
For the few with a degree that has studied immunology, virology, vaccinology, or the like...you already understand how countries document genomically verified reinfections...

“The majority of patients with normal immunity do not have the virus beyond 10-14 days, but some harbour it for a longer time and therefore the time has been extended to three months,”
    • Three months...the 90 days rule.
Sorry, I have a lot more data and real-world hospitalization data involving the 12 top countries that are the most suitable for studying reinfections...the United States is not one of those countries. I'm just tired of reposting it again, again, again, and again for the Covidiots.

As of August 2021...there have been 7 genomically sequenced verified reinfections in the NBA...
The above number has quadrupled since August 2021 but that's another story and don't be naive that the NBA is the only professional sport in the United States that has increasing Covid reinfections.

Reminder, the United States sucks for data about reinfections...you need to look abroad to other countries that have a larger pool of genomically sequencing their population Covid positive tests.

I don't care and it doesn't bother me. As long as they're not discriminated against.

Here's another point of order. It is something that gets lost in the noise.

So people are getting "reinfected" or whatever with COVID because of or after Omicron. WTF cares?

If we had this much testing nonsense 3 years ago for the flu, I bet the numbers would be similar.

So the FUCK we have people getting infected, and re-infected? It happened with Influenza also. But we just never tested for it on this scale, EVER.

Guys, give it a rest! It becomes a big deal because we make it a big deal. So stop making it a big deal!
