Here is the deal. Gallup and Ras show that more people identify themselves as R Than D. So chances are this election will match the 2010 electorate or lean more R. If this holds the next election template should be balanced or maybe lean R a bit. If the polls show samples that way there will be no reason for unskewed... Or he website I will start.
