    website is ridiculously slow. takes at least 1 min if you click on whatever,while logged into account.

    login into account itself(website) takes about 3 min

    at least on 3 out of 10 stocks on my screen last price is frozen and does not updating properly. on one stocks last time displayed is 10 am. since then-thousands of trades passed by,500K shares is traded,but no change in my TWS for last price.

    SSDD..

    same problems as a decade ago..

  3. that login time is scary, I'm watching that idiotic process drag on and on this morning and thinking how it would feel if I got logged out and had a trade on...

    i traded on various accounts this week and when i check the box-message is gone. i'm on 929 build.

    what's going on with quotes colors today? bids and asks kind of light blue. does it mean "off the regular hours" or something?
    wasn't like that before.

    after few days of same problems with last prices on one account and no problems on another(running from same PC) and tons of emails and calls between me and IB i come to the conclusion that the problem probably caused by my internet provider(verizon fios) and NOT on IB's side.
    i don't really know why,but for a few days i had a huge packet loss(6-10%),unusually long pings etc. on first glance internet seems to be working fine(browsing,tv,etc) but when i checked the quality of it via something like pingtest.net-it was pretty bad. eventually verizon fixed it and now everything is running fine,but if you spot something like this in the future-my advise-run few tests first and check your internet quality.

  10. What is with all the logouts? I hear this ping sound so often during the day... it's tws logging out/in.. I left this morning for an hour or so, came back, TWS is not responding, I had to kill it with the task manager and restart it.. I'lll test my internet but I doubt it's much to do with that, I can stream videos ok..
