    Your ignorance knows no end:-

    • New York State law
New York State law prohibits audio-visual coverage of criminal proceedings, including broadcasting, recording, or taking photographs. This is to protect the rights of defendants, witnesses, jurors, and family members of victims or parties.

It was a Glock. I stated so on day 1.

Suppressor was a tube, available on Temu, etc. with 1/2 x 28 threads. No booster so it turned the pistol into a single shot. Rookie stuff.

80% polymer Glock clone lower. Ships to your house.

Glock clone upper (Glock internals). All uppers ship to your house. Glock or otherwise. Ballistics WILL MATCH THE GUN IN HIS POSSESSION.

The lower (with trigger, rails, safeties) is the serialized part, and going 80% complete renders it a "ghost gun".

    No 3D printing was used.

"Chief Joseph Kenny" is inept bordering on comical.

  5. Probably not, I can count the number of correctional and police officers who love health insurance companies on one hand. Inside the prison with blanket denials for pain management, inmates don’t love them either. Are you thinking the insurance companies might hire a rapist? Not in network most likely.

If the ballistics match, he wants to be convicted.
    This game is over.

He's yelling and moving fast so not to much pain, but more about his anger.
He feels his intelligence was insulted and his condition was treated unjustly.
Justice warrior with a Jesus complex, he wants to go to the cross.

It's amazing how many enemies the private health insurance companies have. I don't think at this point anybody would want to work for the insurance companies to do the wet works. LOL What if they get injured on the job? Their claims for medical care costs are going to be denied!! And besides he is Italian...if you get the drift

He's not confessing, only charged with 2nd degree murder.
    Probably claim evidence was planted?
He wants to fight more than he wants to win.
