He was just charged with murder, they found the 3D printed gun and silencer in his "BACKPACK" he had two backpacks?
Did he have two sets of guns, waiting for ballistics?
Is he playing a bloody game?

What are you talking about? Can you cite an example?

In a jury trial, the jury either finds the defendant guilty or finds the defendant not guilty. Or the other possibility is a hung jury.

If a guy is found guilty in a jury trial, it is not possible for that same jury to "cut them loose."

There are certainly cases where there is overwhelming evidence of guilt and the jury neverthless finds the defendant not guilty. Is that what you are talking about? That is sometimes referred to as jury nullification, or the idea that the jury has the power to judge the law itself.

yes I think this is what @comagnum meant. And in this case, it's very likely. I am sure his lawyers are going to go for circumstantial evidence. I mean even if his fingerprints are found on the gun, the fact that the gun is a 3D-printed ghost gun, it won't even matter that the ballistics matched the gun because the ballistics would match any of that type of 3D printed gun. They won't even be able to place him at the scene of the crime cuz his face was never seen on any video surveillance of the crime. The motive, well, that's the motive of the entire American population who's ever had private health insurance. Remember in order to convict him on the murder charge, you need to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt from a reasonable person. And the way how the evidence is, there is a lot of shadows. LOL The most he's going to get is the illegal possession of the weapon, forgery of documents and etc. If he's going to wait for a long time for the trial, that's going to be time served. So unless he personally confesses, he's going to walk. Maybe that's another reason why he never wanted to flee the country... but then he shouldn't take the stand to do his manifesto. I am sure his lawyers has already advised him that.

The trial is going to be good though, better than the OJ Simpsons trial or the Johnny Depp trial. Lots of $$ for the media companies.

The irony, after leaving it, the prison, in his 50's, in his remaining 20 - 30 years of freedom, he might achieve more than 90% of the society.

When he comes out (if ever), he will have quite a story to tell, and all of that could be used as a leverage. Every single talk show and podcast would love his interview and his book would do well. Movie either, tho doubt about any royalties for him.

Not that it's a tempting idea to spend your youth in prison, but, by no means life ends there. Of-course, depending on the prison, it might end up there, yet by default, behind the bars, criminals with such sentences, are treated better/respected more.

  6. Have you read how the insurance companies are furious the media won’t let the story die? Wouldn’t a smart politician or political party capitalize off the a unified public’s hatred of managed care?

What is interesting to me, is the people I know in both parties were hoping the kid disappeared like DB Cooper. MSM and politicians not so much because of advertising dollars and campaign bribes/donations managed care pays.

  7. The Dawn ..here seems to be FULLY INVESTED in this story...lol
Its an odd thing indeed,,wanting to explain all this..so often and so decisively

And yes..Ted found the more interesting focus. Healthcare insurance is in shambles. Why hasnt a political force picked up on this momentum? Is the Healthcare Insurance lobby that strong? I know that Rick Scott whom presided over the US largest medicare fraud scam as Colombia Healthcare CEO went on to become Florida governor, then florida US senator. US is a very very aging country and juicing the medicare system is a massive profit making model. There must be incredible money being juiced. United Healthcare is a leader in the model.

Scott's firm was convicted on 14 felony charges and fined $1.4 billion. The company had juiced medicare for $5 billion in overcharges. This was a long time ago. That kinda money was massive back then. Can you imagine what it is today?

Was hoping for him to vanish as well, yet, he missed the part of hiding his own identity, properly.

US spies in Moscow, during the cold war :
,, The KGB agents were hundred of feet behind us, and once i went behind the corner, i threw away my coat and put on this rubber face mask of old lady " (Or vice versa)
He focused so much on the cool details, but the grand finale was for him to disappear. Or
maybe, he wanted to be caught (?)
And yes, was wondering, will competition monetize on all of it this.

Public was very aware of their ,,leadership" in rejections, someone with a way smaller number, a good looking CEO, could come out & :
    ~~
,, We care about each case, we don't use A.I & we never limited the time for anastesia...
And we don't play monopoly "

Good looking secretary with heels and glasses gives a wink
    ~~
Guy calling for his wife from the kitchen, -
    ,,
Baby, we need new insurance policy. These UH sucks !
    "
They should avoid A.I for the adds tho*

And then the companies hiding the names of their CEO's when you visit ,, About us '' on their homepages or it won't open at all, or will link you back to the homepage.
