  1. From website:

Due to the increasing market value of gold, the American Eagle Gold Uncirculated Coins are temporarily unavailable while pricing for this option can be adjusted; therefore, no orders can be taken at this time. We expect products to be available with adjusted pricing on or after September 27, 2007.

    Price: $749.95
    Product is not available.

  2. It seems the private bankers who control the Feds gold have finally run out of their deliverable reserves. Prices should go parabolic next few weeks. Hang on tight, here comes 1000.00

  3. It was inevitable.

  4. That was an interesting snippet. Probably of no consequence, but interesting none the less.

  5. here's an idea for a hedged way to play this week:

    1) long gold calls (buy the dip in a commodity bull? next level of dollar debasement?)
    2) long chinese puts (bearish equities)
    3) long long bond/note puts (bullish equities)

    anyone like this?

  6. not while chinese pandas, krugurands, canadian maple leafs, gold at your local coin shops, etc are available

  7. Wow, it's Christmas again?! Excellent!:D

  8. empee

    empee

they ran out of gold already?

technically these are the worst transactions for the govt, give them back their printed money for something of value.
