Regardless it's an United Airlines problem of poor workforce management and that is NOT a paying customer's problem. An airline company that has been in operation for more than 30+ years has to resort to denying a paying customer the service that he's paid for with VIOLENCE to resolve internal fuck-up's is beyond disgusting.
