Maybe he can pay 100 dollars more than unemployment check to cover the cost of going to work. Financially it makes no sense, it would be like entering a bad trade. I think one reason the spending on the military-industrial complex goes unchecked might have to do with the investment portfolios of the various representatives in the House and Senate of the "war party."
