I heard last night on the news an extension for unemployment benefits was pending for this week. Does anyone know if this happened or where you would be able to find info on this if the extension passed or not?
Don't worry, O will extend benefits for his union supporters. Workers who were "self-employed" freelancering before the recession fell thru the cracks completely.
The unemployment figures are rocketing high despite the measure taken by Obama administration. The recent unemployment figure crossed 5 lakhs which is very worry some.I don't know for how long the government will extend the benefits.

Man these bailouts just keep on coming. Funny i dont hear many of those same people complaining of bailouts complaining about this.
