They need to go to McCabe's house in the night, put him in cuffs, and hold him for arraignment and bail hearing. From there he needs to go to prison after the obligatory trial. His pension situation is what it is, and he and his lawyer can work it out with the pension administrators. The Department acted in a way that showed that he was being unceremoniously drummed out for bringing dishonor to the FBI, in addition to criminal conduct. That's appropriate.
In addition to lying under oath, McCabe, like Comey, was conducting his own personal unauthorized and illegal investigation of Trump. Both of them belong in a prison cell, gen pop, no protection. http://www.foxnews.com/politics/201...and-gave-them-to-special-counsel-mueller.html
The world has upside down when you find Republicans gloating over the firing of law enforcement officer with very little, if any, evidence that the officer did anything wrong. I thought this was the traditional job of liberals.
The world is also upside down when you see lefties defending corruption within intelligence agencies. And if regard to the "little, if any" we have rather been over that and it is not clear what it would take for you to see it. But it is the IG's investigation and referral that matters and he has made a direct recommendation that McCabe be for lying to him and to FBI investigators. You see nothing but you did not do the investigation and you are not the IG. McCabe is up against some things that don't go away simply because you don't see it.
We don’t know that to be true considering w bid to have the report. Also, the fbi fires dozens of agents for lying every year, it is rare they pursue criminal charges.
So explain why the required public notification process was not followed in the firing of McCabe? Where is the required OPC supporting documentation? Why was the announcement not scheduled 24 hours in advance? Why was the announcement done at 10pm on a Friday rather than 8-5pm on M-F as required by federal guidelines. Was there something so urgent for the safety of the public that McCabe needed to be fired late on a Friday night two days short of retirement? Something that has never happened in the agency's history.
