Cant get to IB support at all, this is freaking unreal. Waiting on the phone for more than 1 hour now and still waiting.... wtf good is the cs if they cant deal with trade issues during the most critial trading days.
My experience of IB tech support is that they've actually improved over the years. Courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, when they can't help you and you are forced to use their email tech support for non urgent issues they don't even send you an acknowledgment. I've been waiting two days and still no reply.
