Where can I find out if this firm is reputable?

They offer a service, (though I was unable to find this info using the link above), where they actively invest for you, promising very high returns.

    Minimum investments $100K.

    Thank you.

  4. Neither the firm, or the holding company (Sterling Act Management) are registered with the FCA: https://register.fca.org.uk/. Avoid.

Sounds like a scam. Would be different if they would talk about potential high returns while discussing volatility of returns and downside. And not registered? Lose their bookmark!

Sooo...invested $100K, and now mostly gone, and he's trying to recover some $$$.

In contact with this registered UK firm, www.debtsm.com/, charging $7500 for TRYING to recover any funds.

Question: Does anyone know if they can recover any funds at all, or is this firm just looking for the fee? (That was my inclination-don't throw good money after bad).

I told him no, take the loss as a "learned it the hard way".

PS Checked several links, FBI, EU, Israel, numerous links dealing with scams and binary options.

    Thank you.
