%% THAT's good; overtaxed, over regulated ''diverse'' CA its 24 or , 25 cents per kilowatt. Crawdad country\LA has the cheapest\ 7.5 per kilowatt. But they have plenty of what the liberal loons hate= fossil fuels.
Socialists are lackeys for the international fascists, the answer is civilian style antitrust action. 1 in 6 US homes skipped paying their electric bill, just to have enough for the mortgage payment. The social economic contract is completely destroyed.
%% MY power bill goes up more in summer or winter extremes. USa is in better shape because the greenies have not scammed all into green energy, we still use coal + gas /fossil fuels. But overrtaxed \over regulated CA has had blackouts + power brownouts . The whisky ain't workin' anymore\ that's what I'm looking for-- Travis Tritt Song/ Rhino Records. Socialism is like that also
Like paying with their health breathing in emissions from carbon-based energy sources perhaps? Especially "clean" burning coal.
There is a climate emergency caused by fossil fuels so please don't show your ignorance about lefties/ greens because clearly you have no clue.
The US doing anything green is totally irrelevant to the planet unless major countries like China, Africa, Russia, South America, India, Europe etc also standardize/greenify. They wont, so it's a waste of time and $ for the US to become noncompetitive by abandoning fossils. It's like one house in a bad neighborhood trying to look nice, doesn't impact the whole neighborhood, analogy.
Yeah because its not like the rest of the world followed us to eating a fast food diet, and watching Hollywood movies and TV series' and driving alone down the road in cars/trucks/SUV's, and staring at smartphones 24x7 etc etc.
How on earth did "socialism" cause these price rises? The energy crisis is Europe-wide due to extensive economic linkages including cross-border trading of power, and the most important cause is Germany's insouciance in relying on Russian gas. Now they're all screwed for a few years until a combination of efficiency improvements and alternative sources coming on-line causes prices to fall again - though certainly not back to prior levels.
