You seem desperate, like Trump. It's sweet watching his political suicide.

  2. Won't be sweet for Canada unless they quit being so stubborn and make a deal. LOL

  3. Maybe Alberta will join the USA?

The majority of it's citizens have no interest in this. In fact, some have told their premier shut up about this put it to a vote if you must ( they know she'd lose ). You vastly underestimate the strength of Canadians. Trump has no clue what he is dealing with.

We don't need a "deal" that's what Trump is desperate for. We can wait this out far longer than he can.

I use the Pandemic is an example of which country took care of their citizens financial needs during the Pandemic.

Overwhelmingly it was Canada who took care of those who lost employment during the Pandemic...each and every month of the Pandemic.

Therefore, tariff wars impact both countries and Canada will again take care of any Canadian citizen who's employment is lost from another crisis such as a "tariff war". Thus, a citizen of Canada can endure a tariff war much better than a citizen of the United States who has lost their job or business because of a tariff war.

This is not surprising because Canada has a Universal Healthcare system along with better social welfare programs (more comprehensive and generous) than the United States along with the fact that Canada's poverty rates and low income rates are lower than the United States.

Simply, during difficult economic times...Canada fares better than those in the United States during an economic crisis. Thus, Canada steps up to the plate for it's citizens.

Currently, the United States has a slightly higher ranking than Canada in social programs because of the VA, Social Security, Welfare, Medicare and Medicaid are not currently being stressed. These are programs that the Trump administration are currently trying to find ways to cut, downsize, or eliminate to minimize their footprint on Americans.

Simply, when the next rankings is released early next year...

I will not be surprised if the U.S. drops from its #21 global ranking to the rankings in the #40s to #50s if DOGE continues doing what it is doing and Trump's tariff war continues doing what it is doing because there's a direct correlation with lost employment to the dependency upon social programs and healthcare.

Trump knows there's a growing problem with financing his agenda for America. He's now proposing to increase taxes for rich Americans but it still will not be enough to absorb any damage from his global tariff war that he created.

  10. Say for example you got cancer and need two hip replacements and soon to be followed by a knee replacement. And the ole ticker isn't working the best so likely need quadruple bypass either before or after the previous issues mentioned above.

So, had you rather be in France, Canada, or USA for treatment?
