I think it could be a generation or two before another democrat is elected President. Otoh Republicans become complacent in office so fast they need a "use by" date. Btw, I predict we'll see Obama visiting Israel, wearing a yarmulka and campaigning at the wailing wall within a month.
The entire liberal movement was created by losers. Think about it, If you are incompetent/unsuccessful/ugly/poor, which party do you want to be a part of? It should come as no surprise that a group of misfits(liberals) are very good at losing elections. The problem is that they are constantly chipping away at successful people, 1 election cycle at a time. The only liberals had complete filibuster proof control over everything in the past 50 years also happens to coincide with the most disastrous 2 years on record since the depression. For example, even though Obama will be considered the worst president in history, he still managed to saddle us with Obamacare, so these guys see that as a huge victory. Successful people now have to pay for a new entitlement for life. Liberals keep doing this time and time again, and eventually they will end up with their victory which is communism. They dont care how many elections they lose, so long as they can continue to chip away at successful peoples freedom piece by piece. They dont care if Obama loses this election, 8 years from 2012, they can figure out a new way to get a new entitlement. Obama and the dems proved they didnt give a shit about popularity/elections/prosperity for America when they passed Obamacare, and completely sewered themselves, and the american people for atleast the next 2 election cycles.
Notice the 2 polls after the republican debates Obama is now slaughtering Perry Obama and the press haven't even began to start their assault on Romney.I find it very weird that the left and the press have destroyed every republican candidate but Romney has gotten a pass.My guess is they have dirt on Romney that will guarantee his defeat but are waiting until election time to unleash it after he is the nominee

And the other thing, you conveniently keep leaving out the only polling this early that really matters: Obama vs. Generic Republican. Post that one. And take a look at the election results since Scott Brown.
