I think it has been adressed already, possibly in Another thread, but Don t remember the answer. Why would you prefer ubiquinone to ubiquinol? Fwiw I m taking 200mg ubiquinol atm, but might have used ubiquinone earlier on. Blood pressure (and testosterone) has been slightly high for a while.
Beyond the scope of this thread to get into Q Cycle. Your body converts -one to -ol. -ol is inherently unstable. Take either, but I'd suggest at least 400mg at waking; preferably 800mg.
Thanks ! But same dose of either product? -ol is advertised as being needed in smaller quantity than -one? It is also considerably more expensive
800mg -one at waking. -ol is essentially a scam. Just read a white paper about the Q Cycle. It's completely unnecessary to take -ol.
