  2. Not true, I know many IT workers taken themselves out of the IT industry because they don't like working with H1Bs. They will milk you dry for info and return nothing but a knife in the back.
Many of us are in startups, and will never hire h1b. We hire Americans, European's and Canadians only. Why do you think all the old cobol code still exist in financial institution and banks. They are full of indians that have no clue how to do analysis and design. However, they may think otherwise. lol

  3. You mean European's or Europeans?
How do you think the Europeans get into a startup if not on a H1B?

  4. Many hiring managers will include a panel of indian IT workers into an interview. They will ask the stupidest questions, where they don't even know the answer when they hear it. Of course if you don't speak their native language you're unqualified. They know when a qualified individual gets in there, their lies and lack of knowledge and skills will be exposed immediately. And even if you get in, life will not be easy. They will do anything to sabotage another's work. It's there culture. I've seen 1 year projects go for 3 years and no production. Then I was brought back in as a consultant and created my own team of locals and completed the app in 6 months with no issues what so ever. Of course they tried to take the credit by saying they did all the hard work. We left and they couldn't support the app, again we returned.

  5. Both, they're locals or they can tele-commute, are you a punctuation nazi? I want to be all inclusive, do you understand or did that go way over your head? I think you're an H1B, you're dismissed, you can go home now...

  6. Exactly. As an American electrical engineer with a degree from a good school, my services don't come cheap. Too bad, tech companies. If you think that is an easy degree to get, try it...

The IEEE debunked the whole fake "American Tech Worker Shortage bs:" http://spectrum.ieee.org/at-work/education/the-stem-crisis-is-a-myth. What is true is that tech companies don't want to pay for American tech workers.

Maybe you are losing out to H1B visa holders because their English is better than yours.

Yes. They can fly here on Saudi private jets if they wanted to. And yet no terrorist attacks in the last 15 years from immigrants.

No. He is being manipulated by ISIS. ISIS doesn't want mass migration to the West. They want the opposite. They want Americans and Europeans to hate muslims. They want all the muslims to be harassed and ostracized in Europe and America. Those Muslims become angry and join ISIS. This is ISIS recruiting. That's why attacks in the US aren't done by immigrants. They are done by US citizens. They want you to hate your neighbor and make him alienated so that he starts to hate you. And then he will join ISIS and attack and kill you.

In Europe, the attacks are done by refugees so that the population pushes the refugees back into ISIS's welcoming arms. More jihadists.

That's why ISIS endorsed Trump: http://time.com/4480945/isis-donald-trump/

  10. There's the people who watch fox news and the ones that don't.
I'm sure you've great imagination - but I don't know what you mean by locals from Europe - seems like an alternative fact to me. Do you mean you don't actually hire them from Europe - they just happen to have European heritage (like https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mayflower)

I like darwinism - I like to trade against as many people as possible without the government interfering. I like free global markets and cheap avocados from Mexico. I know this isn't for everyone and folks like you have a hard time differentiating their value (possibly having a lack of value to begin with). There's the people who need the government short bus - I rather walk and am in charge of my own future.
