Sorry, not buying it, facts and the truth contradict your statements. I am not blind, but there are degrees. You have seen me being very outspoken when people attempt to paint the US as the world savior and advocate for peace and prosperity (other than the prosperity of the elites). But there are entirely different degrees that are applied in other regions of the world...

Cute story. The only reason we don't have $10 gas today is because of the mercy of MBS.

  4. Whatever, it's your own belief and opinion. IMO you are wrong since you seem not have followed closely the developments in the said South American countries since the 1980ies like I did.
But I accept that you have a different opinion and I hope that you will see the truth one day yourself after studying the true historical facts.
Remember: history is written by the victors...

History is written by facts. Facts, eye witness testimonies, and video footage don't lie.

  6. I beg tp differ.
History is written by the winners, regardless of the facts.
Just ask Galileo Galilei who narrowly averted having his eyes gouged out for espousing a new "round earth" theory, in contrast to the ubiquitous (and very comfortable ) belief that the earth was flat.
    Times change, people don't.

That is a stupid analogy. History accounts for the facts that occurred at any given point in time. It's irrelevant at that given point in time whether those occurrences are scientifically sound or not, our understanding of things improves as we learn more. But that's not what history is about. It is about an account of actual events and believes that occurred/existed at any given point in time. For example, that many Germans thought during the Weimar Republic that Jews are an underclass is a fact, even though that then held belief was wrong.

Well nothing to worry, the US has a long history and track record betting on the wrong horses. Persia, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia,...

Germany and Japan were probably their only good bets that paid off big
