  3. He probably should've rephrased it. Exclude test scores from blacks and hispanics and the US ranks #1.

  4. That's great but unfortunately the blacks and Hispanics will get to vote, just like the smart white kids.

  5. And the illegals.... who have no right whatsoever to vote (in spite of Odumbo's telling them, "go ahead and vote*"... let's not forget them).

    * we don't have any controls on who votes or who is legally eligible

Are you kidding? This is like an episode from "The Outer Limits".

Your claim is statistically irrelevant. If you were better educated in Math you'd understand why, but instead you continue to repeat this nonsense to excuse the mediocre US education system.

US wouldn't rank #1 on any legitimate basis. It's a delusional theory based on politically motivated sources and deliberately bad math.

North Carolina had a math score of 471, and your state isn't large enough to claim urban inner city issues are a legit barrier to strong education standards. So your premise is failing right in your backyard. If a large urban city like Toronto can educate it's young people with the vast majority in public schools, why can't North Carolina do the same ?

  10. Recent figures put the black population of Toronto at 8.5%, latin american at 2.8%. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Demographics_of_Toronto

North Carolina, by contrast, has approximately 22 % black and 9% Hispanic, ie three times the combined percentages for Toronto. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Demographics_of_North_Carolina

North Carolina is also a largely rural state with many poor areas. Toronto is one of the richer urban areas of north America.

Most of the hispanic population of NC are recent arrivals who are largely poor and who speak little or no English.

Once again, your PC fantasies fall apart when confronted with actual facts. I am quite confident the white urban students of NC compare quite favorably with those anywhere.
