I don't care, it doesn't matter. The numbers are wrong. Is there any reason to support private insurance when it can't outperform public insurance even thought it costs twice as much? If I remember correctly, you stated it's because the government is incompetent. If that's true, why can governments perform equal to (or even outperform) the private sector, if they're inherently less efficient?
