U.S. Healthcare in Crisis.

  1. I wouldn't trust any 'editorial "facts"' printed by Investor's Business Daily. Great paper for analyzing stocks; terrible ideas for running society.

Don't tell me, tell the United Nations International Health Organization and or IBD.

Are you claiming all of the stats are false, or just that one?

  3. The International Health Organization is an organization focused solely on India, Nepal and Bangladesh, not cancer and not Canada.

Your confusion is coming right through my screen. The "World Health Organization" (WHO) is who you should be citing.

I've only checked that one and it wasn't just a little wrong, but entirely off, so I haven't bothered checking any others.

Do I need to check every single one?

    Really?
I can't find any "UN International Health Organization". All searches point to the UN WHO.

Anyway I ran across some indications the article may never have existed. Better hurry and grab a tissue before you wet your panties with youthful exuberance.

Over a longer period of time...

    *
    "Two out of three have lost a job;

    *
Half have experienced a serious health problem;..."

Looks to me like losing a job is more of a factor in personal bankruptcy than medical expenses.

(not that medical expenses aren't a factor)

  6. HUH? You said I should ask them to clarify your false numbers. Here's their website:

    http://www.ihousa.org/

They work in India, Nepal and Bangladesh. Yes, the World Health Organization would be a good source for numbers (which also wouldn't match your false numbers.)

No, I just think it's sad that people repeat what confirms their biases without even bothering to google around a bit, thus allowing others to manipulate them.

You'll find, if you ever do google, that most of the cancer statistics for survival rate are from the 1990's. Since then the "socialist" countries have pulled ahead of the US in cancer mortality and some such as Canada have pulled ahead in survival rates.

And keep in mind that survival rates are for those who can afford to go to doctors -- which in Canada would be everyone, while in the US those who can't afford to naturally won't be included as they haven't been treated. In other words, survival rates disproportionately favor the US, and even then the US system falls behind.

I said you should ask the United Nations International Health Organization and or IBD.

I can't find a United Nations International Health Organization.

Is http://www.ihousa.org part of the UN?

  8. I have no idea, it's your source.

What source supports your false numbers?

And how does it change that private-sector health care underperforms public plans in Canada for twice the cost?

NO SHIT FOR BRAINS, it's IBD's supposed source and THEIR numbers.

  10. Not hard to see that you worship at the Golden Conservative Idol where you see the primary function of the government to protect your property, and not get between you and your prey.
You don't have enough working memory left to care about evidence or that only the social contract you despise keeps an ossified ass like you from being left out on an iceflo.

You are too far gone, and having far too much fun being rigid to care to absorb anything that does not conform to your preconceived notions.
So references to say the Dartmoth Health Atlas http://www.dartmouthatlas.org/
or the CRS report to Congress
    found here
http://assets.opencrs.com/rpts/RL34175_20070917.pdf are probably completely wasted on you.

You won't even read them because they are heresy to you.
You are just another ossified wilted weenie, anger addict with a religious devotion to your corporate GODs. :p
