Bingo. Most people have always sucked at math and science. Nothing new here. However, a college degree was never a minimum requirement in the past. Indian professors, who can't put together a coherent sentence in English, are teaching grad students in American universities. That's why American corporations love H-1B's. Not only will they work for little money, but they don't expect to ever move into a managerial role because of their lack of communication skills. They can continue to work as engineering or lab technicians, but they'll eventually hit a glass ceiling with nowhere else to go.
