Congress continues to make their own rules. It is at the point where these guys are so brazen while they fuck us over that its almost like they are mocking us. A few months ago 60 minutes did a piece that talked about how it was legal for People in congress to trade based on inside information, that would land every single person not in congress in jail. Most traders already knew this, but the general public didnt.
