And you didn't recognize THIS part.
"...I gave him the benefit of the doubt he was capable of honestly answering a question..."

But then I should have known, since you guys are two peas in a pod.

  2. Ah, sorry that you already caught yourself. That's ok, sorry for piling on in error. No peas, no pod.

  3. If you had any education at all, or desire to have one, which you quite evidently don't, you'd understand Libya - like a lot of these Arab countries (Iraq comes to mind here) - is more tribal than national.
Whoever attacked the embassy - and it was a very small, although well-armed, group - is no friend of the current gov't.
Now, who could that possibly be?
If you knew anything about Libya - crap, if you had even an iota of common sense and read the stories about how the attack came in two waves and was obviously well-coordinated - you'd know the answer.

Just to make it explicit, 'cuz you're too damn stupid to understand otherwise: no the Libyan gov't isn't trying to appease us. Quite the opposite.

During WWII the US government deemed anyone of Japanese ancestry, including US citizens, to be a military threat and offered west coast Japanese families the option of being interned in camps for the duration of the war or to return to Japan. That was only about 67 years ago.

We think we have come a long way since then and most of us don't believe that we, as a society, would ever revert to discrimination or persecution of any group of people due to their religion, race or ethnicity.

Thinking about the behavior of muslim people over my lifetime makes me wonder if at some point that will change, that we might start to simply begin to hunt them systemically . I don't think it is a complete impossibility. A hypothetical series of large effective attacks towards the US with massive casualties might cause a real regression towards the more brutal elements of our nature.

I personally believe that Islam has a majority of peaceful observers with a small minority who are radicalized and militant but that distinction is beginning to blur for me and perhaps for others. I'm starting to loathe the lot of them, peaceful or not.

The idea that human life is held cheaper than some perceived insult towards Mohammed is pretty fucking alien. I realize that christians have manifested similar ideas and behavior in the distant past but I can't think of any contemporary group outside of Islam that acts on those ideas these days.

I was surprised at the restraint of the US population after 9/11. I remember one or two reports of muslims or people perceived as middle-eastern being killed randomly (one guy was a clerk in a convenience store and another was a gas station cashier as I recall). I wonder what would happen if we were attacked repeatedly and effectively. How long will the US remain rational and restrained in the face of unending attacks?

  8. ...and by the way, Hillary's statement about "how could this possibly happen in a country we liberated" were beyond stupid.
If she weren't trying to position herself for a run in '16, she'd have shown something more than the intelligence of a snail. Or Pheonix Trading.

  9. Ah, thanks Luke, was starting to worry about you. Glad to see you're back in the grade school playground. Good boy, good boy. Let me know if you decide to grow up. I usually don't resort to name calling, but you are the epitome of a very disturbed individual. I decided to not call you names after all. You've heard them your whole wasted life.

And to think, I was really concerned about you from a compassionate standpoint. And I might be again.

Just to be clear. I think you know that I'm smarter, more intelligent, better educated than you could ever wish for. Richer, have more fun, more advanced genetically. Just to be clear. But you keep fighting with RCG over which one of you is the top dog, what a joke.

Now it will be time for one of them there gay folks to come to your rescue. You hate his lifestyle and the whole gay experience, but you and he are lovers nonetheless.

    Really sorry Luke, seriously.

Then we would know how Israel feels. But, we don't depend upon what the rest of the world thinks so much. Israel didn't used to either.
