What would you do or not do?

 

I would not do whatever is bringing me down. I would try to find something that could lift me up.

 

let things calm down until I don't ask anymore that kind of questions because this is auto negative feedback process that will grow and grow and wreck you so you must avoid that.

 

Eventually you will just whine about your whining.
