most of the DOM/BT data came back after i downloaded the latest TWS jnlp from your website. in the past was unnecessary to download the webtrader jnlp every time a new version was out; the update could be made through the same jnpl so i was still logging in an older build unaware....not that it does explain why that particiular build's DOM was missing lately when i recall it was working fine... anyways, the fix of closing and re-opening the DOM/BT is not really acceptable as a permanent solution imo and often doesn't work on CL and EU, but mostly on the HSI where there's always no DOM for the duration of 1st half trading session. it's unlikely now to be my setup and it may well be a widespread issue as this time i i am sure to be running the correct build.
