TWS news no longer populates?

Having an issue in TWS build 981.3b no longer populates news when i click on it, its just black. I have to make a second click to open it in my browser.

 

Common issues in TWS. In Linux half the time nothing works properly after resuming from sleep.

 

quite common to have such a problem.

if it is not critical just leave it alone.

Let other people go and contact IB helpdesk.

 

Just close and re-open that window and everything will repopulate again.

 

Maybe try View->Data Connections under Classic TWS menus and click the “reconnect all” button to refresh everything.
