All of a sudden I get the pink out, then when attempting to login again they have a new login window which won't let me past ("Login" remains greyed out). No one is answering my chat help request. Anyone else experiencing problems? New TWS version or maybe just a new bug? Any insights appreciated - thanks in advance.
