version, you first need to upgrade the java to 1.4.1_02. If you didn't upgrade, then it is calling code that doesn't exist on your computer.

  2. Yes, Puffygums I did save the string.

def, I do have java 1.4.1_02 as you can see from this in the
thread above: This is what is in my string at the moment:

    C:\Program Files\Java\j2re1.4.1_02\bin\javaw.exe" -jar C:\Jts\jts.jar C:\Jts

I believe I am not putting in puffygums no direct draw code in the
right place in the string or leaving in a space or something...

    (-Dsun.java2d.noddraw=true)

Or maybe it has something to do with Puffygums string which has
1.4.1_01 instead of 1.4.2_02 which is in my string?

    I will keep trying...

Also, PuffyGums on page 2 you mentioned to upgrade to Java
1.4.1_03 Do you think I should still do this and would the no
direct draw code you mentioned still work with version 03?

    "C:\Program Files\Java\j2re1.4.2\bin\javaw.exe" -Dsun.java2d.noddraw=true -jar C:\Jts\jts.jar C:\Jts

Your post doesn't have the quotes, try that.

(ignore the fact that I am using a different version of java)

  4. Thanks def. That did it. I have never seen TWS load so fast before.
    I am completely amazed...

Can't wait till morning to see how stable TWS will be. So far, so good.

  6. BIG QUESTION:

Is anyone using Java 1.4.1_05 or even 1.4.2? And do you need
these to run the lastest versions of TWS? I see they have these
    on java.sun.com...

I'm using 1.4.2_02, TWS 810.7 (stand-alone) w Windows 2000 Pro on two different machines. No problems up to now.
