TWS: Is it possible to create a sound alert for price change?

I have stock TWS: Is there a way (maybe via an add-in) to hear a click or beep when price changes by one or more ticks? Yes, I expect to hear a lot of clicks. Thank you.

 

Yes. There is an "Alert" function in TWS that you can use to set that up but you need to specify the price change amount and not by a general measure like ticks and etc.
