TWS customer service problems!!!!!

    Called customer service for help with the problems, was put on hold and transferred without anyone telling me then when I got order problems, the guy put me on hold without telling me to answer his cell phone which I heard ringing in the background! Still no help!

    Called again put on hold again. Now I have wasted 18 minutes on the phone with no help at all.
