Hey - if you use the Firefox browser (there are a ton of threads here about it) you can have it open multiple tabs when you launch it - so, essentially you have multiple "home pages". I have five, two are ET - one is the ET main page and one is the ET page that has the list of my posts (see Brandon's post about how to get to this page). Anyway - FWIW it works great and you always have it at your fingertips.
