You have one of two choices. This is obviously a hypothetical question. There is a known 50% chance of a 10% market correction no later than 90 days from today. The correction may occur at any time with the next 90 days, however, and will be a one day correction. (Assume that you can not short the market based on this fact set) Your two choices are: a) You can immediately exit all your long positions. b) You can remain in the market for an additional 45 days, at a minimum. In other words, you can not exit your long positions at any time prior to the 46th from today, if you did not choose option a).
