It seems to be included in the GWB post a couple/few posts above where it lists what is NOT a violation of the rules.

 

Correct. I posted the official Twitter policy (Dec 2022) regarding the using of links to other social non-Chinese media platforms. PAID promotions to other western social media platforms are allowed.

Note that Musk still allows links to Chinese social media platforms supported by his buddies at the CCP such as Tik-Tok and Weibo. The Twitter policy only applies to western owned social media platforms.
