This is why I always laughed when conservatives claim to be pro free speech.

Conservatives were never against censorship. They were just mad they didn’t have the upper hand on it.

The American right sucked off the Patriot Act when it was first introduced “if you have nothing to hide…”. They loved stop and frisk. They cheer on unconstitutional powers given to government agencies “to protect the border”.

So much for Musk's "free speech". He has now banned journalists who cover him on Twitter including Ryan Mac of The New York Times, CNN’s Donie O’Sullivan, The Washington Post’s Drew Harwell, The Intercept’s Micha Lee, Mashable’s Matt Binder, Aaron Rupar, and Tony Webster. I guess Elon Musk cannot handle truthful press coverage of his shenanigans. The world has mocked Musk's claims that these journalists posted "assassination coordinates" calling Musk a bad liar.

Of course these suspensions make a mockery of Musk's earlier claims in April, "I hope that even my worst critics remain on Twitter, because that is what free speech means."

At his point --- governments are stepping into the situation telling Musk that they have a problem with Musk banning journalists -- including Germany announcing have a problem, @Twitter'.

So much for Musk being a "free speech absolutist".

Dude keeps re-doing the poll when results don't go his way.

What he thought would happen is his fans would vote for 'longer suspension' unanimously. When that didn't work, he tried to eliminate options thinking people who voted for 'tomorrow' and 'longer' would pic '7 days' suspension, equaling 57% but instead, most people switched to unsuspending instead.

And more recently they were appalled that Trump was banned from Twitter for creating a public danger but are quiet now that Elon is doing it.

  8. Elon Musk looking out for the safety of Twitter users and letting journalists know that they are not above the rules.

    Thank you Mr. Musk.

The series of suspensions began after Twitter's new boss on Wednesday permanently banned the account "ElonJet", which tracked his private jets using publicly available data.

Twitter also changed its rules to prohibit the sharing of another person’s current location without their consent.

He said: "Any account doxxing real-time location info of anyone will be suspended, as it is a physical safety violation. This includes posting links to sites with real-time location info."

When questioned about the abrupt ban on the four journalists, the Tesla CEO responded saying: "Same doxxing rules apply to 'journalists' as to everyone else."

Nobody gave away the location of Elmo's child. Why do you think he continues to lie about that?

"What should the consequence of doxxing someone’s real-time, exact location be? Assume your child is at that location, as mine was."

    This is a lie.

Belingcat geolocated the video Musk posted. It was in Pasadena, nowhere near an airport.

And the last Elonjet post was the day before.

This is just a blatant lie.
