Yes, Elon is in a difficult period. Activists colluded with advertisers to shut of ad revenue which seriously hurt his cash and cash flow positions. He has just sold off another round of stocks which should help with many of those issues. He is also trying to renegotiate some of his real estate leases and needing some patience on their part until he pays them, presumably from the recent stock sales. The office lessors can do what they must. And eventually Elon will abandon those facilities completely and move to Texas if he does not find the terms agreeable. They can work it out on the playground. Once again, you, as a beta, soy-centric male, are trying to understand the mind and life of an alpha male. It cannot be done from where you are. Elon would have moved you out on day one. No value add to the company. GREAT TIME TO JOIN TWITTER.
I could see Musk selling his stake in Telsa....The Government has decided to subsidize Union made cars more then non-union companies like Telsa He can make more money from combining Twitter/ space x / Boring/ starlink Twitter requires less capital then Telsa and revenues can eventually be the same
There is talk, I think Elon denies, of bringing the China head of Tesla up to another level, giving him global authority, whereby Elon would still be involved but free up some time for his other ventures and fiascos and successes. And he has a couple candidates in mind to head up Twitter. Possible or some variation of that theme whereby he stays involved but gives leadership or daily operational leadership of both Tesla and Twitter to others. He does have rather a lot on his plate.
