What a great fit for Musk’s Twitter — DeSantis’ Florida where the foster system openly trafficks children and the state’s hotels actively host underage prostitution rings without penalty. Add in Matt Gaetz who enjoys taking minors across state lines for sexual gratification and you have a perfect fit for Musk’s Twitter where child exploitation material is reaching new peak levels in recent weeks.

  3. Yeh sure. And there is no perversion going on in S.F and California?

Might want to work on that argument a bit.

Nice try at a re-direct. However Florida is an internationally known destination for perversion with trafficked children. And DeSantis has not improved anything.

  5. So you will be breathing into a paper bag if Elon moved to Desantis-ville.

If not that, then for some other reason.

As discussed, you could care less about the child protection issues. You are just following your hate targets. Meanwhile, you and your dem buddies and Biden run the largest child trafficking network in the world at the southern border.

I think we have had this discussion before.

You are the one cheering on Musk moving Twitter to Florida. I’m just explaining why it is the perfect fit.

Elon Musk Threatens To Sue Twitter Staff For Leaking Information—Reports

Twitter CEO Elon Musk has reportedly demanded his employees to pledge not to leak confidential information about the company to the press, otherwise they would face legal action, according to an email which has been circulated on his platform.

Zoë Schiffer, managing editor of Platformer which has done extensive reporting on Musk's tenure in charge of the social media giant, tweeted on Saturday that the Twitter CEO had "threatened to sue employees at his company" if they revealed such information to the media.

Schiffer shared what she said was the letter that employees had been given which referred to how "detailed leaks" had shown that "a few people at our company continue to act in a manner contrary to the company's interests and in violation of their NDA (non-disclosure agreement).

In a message which he emphasized would be said "only once," the letter said that if workers "clearly and deliberately violate the NDA that you signed when you joined" then they would "accept liability to the full extent of the law."

This would mean that Twitter "will immediately seek damages."

First of all NDA’s are basically impossible to uphold in California because they impede on a person’s right to work.

Second NDA’s only cover competitive trade secrets which you give to other companies, not talking to the press after you left a company.

These employees are absolutely free to talk to reporters now that they are not part of Twitter. They can only be sued if they state something which is outrageously not true.

Bottom line: Musk is has no grounds to sue current or former employees for talking to the press under NDA. The only thing he can do is fire existing employees who are found talking to the press - something they are probably looking forward to at this point as Musk spins Twitter into an early grave.
