Donald Trump Says He Won't Be Returning To Twitter: Why He's Sticking With Truth Social

Twitter CEO Elon Musk reinstated former President Donald Trump's Twitter account on Saturday following a platform poll asking users whether Trump's account should be restored.

More than 15 million people voted on whether to reinstate Trump, with 51.8 percent saying yes and 48.2 percent saying no.

"The people have spoken. Trump will be reinstated," Musk tweeted shortly after the 24-hour Twitter poll on his account ended.

However, Trump does not seem keen on returning to Twitter.

According to a report, during a video speech to a Republican Jewish group meeting in Las Vegas, Trump said, "I don't see any reason for it."

Trump said he would stick with his platform Truth Social, owned by the Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG).

Musk will imitate Trump, spending so much time tweeting that no work ever gets done.

Musk fired two executives he previously begged to stay after they refused to carry out further layoffs late last week. It looks like the layoffs at Twitter are not done -- and the next target is sales and marketing.

Musk Reportedly Fired Two More Twitter Execs Amid Rumors Of New Layoffs

"According to unnamed sources speaking with Bloomberg, Musk fired both Robin Wheeler and Maggie Suniewick. The reason, the insiders claim, was their refusal to lay off additional employees. The same sources allege that Twitter may see another round of layoffs by Monday, ones that will reportedly affect the company's sales and marketing employees. Both Suniewick and Wheeler have confirmed their exits from Twitter in their own respective tweets, both vague but with the unmistakable salute emoji that has become the Twitter workforce's default means of telling others that they'll be leaving the company."

ZeroHedge, the Kremlin propaganda outlet. So nice to see them supporting Musk in this article -- and also cheering on the reinstatement of Trump while declaring that Trump was only calling for peace on January 6th. At least we know what side the Kremlin is on -- as clearly demonstrated by the lies peddled in this article as they promote people like Trump and Musk who desire to tear down democracy.

Here is the reality -- the hashtags used by pushers of child porn were cut out of Twitter months before Musk purchased the company (so the premise of the article is complete bullshiat). Coupled with the reality that Twitter effectively has no moderation since Musk's purchase of the platform and firing of over 90% of the people who did moderation. Hate speech and human trafficking on Twitter are now at all time highs in the past three weeks.
