Has someone done a wellness check on GWB today? I have a feeling this is going to be a really bad week for him.
There is only so much we can do for him. Because I am a giver I have made arrangements for GWB to get Meals on Wheels for the rest of the week so that he can lay low for a few days after election. Of course if Elon acts up while GWB is recovering from the elections that might require a hospitalization. Sort of a dual diagnosis scenario there.
Well thank you for you kind consideration. However I have predicted for many months the Republicans would take the House and the Senate is a close toss-up. Similarly I predicted DeSantis would win the governor's race in Florida. A string of GOP victories at the state and national level is not really going to surprise me. I noted in detail earlier my primary concern about Twitter under Musk. I actually hope the entire bird company sinks in the toilet and certainly Musk is doing a good job of dispatching it swirling down the crapper. It is worth mocking him as his actions are the exact opposite of the words coming out of his mouth and over his Twitter feed. Musk will shortly be a classic case study in the failed takeover of a corporation.
If he had tweeted out this morning that everyone should vote Democrat you would be licking his boots.
Actually I don't think that Musk -- as the owner of an influential platform -- should be tweeting out at all about which party to vote for. This is an example of what is wrong with Elon Musk owning Twitter. And by the way -- did you see Musk's latest Tweet where he says you need a Democrat as President to curb the excesses of both parties. And, of course, Musk's political Tweets are just one more example of him not doing what he previously stated.
Why not? All the TV networks and newspapers are "influential platforms/media" and they make endorsements and recommendations all the time. It is just a bullshit social media platform.
For further amusement let's take a look at how inept the clowns that Musk brought over from Tesla are... Sadly They didn't know that Slack channels are public by default, which is how a lot of got out. It might not have come from Musk himself, but from the engineers he brought along: https://threadreaderapp.com/thread/1588906808395333633.html But it gets even dumber: Developers were asked to print out their code for the review. On paper. 50 pages that they'd done in the past 30 days. Then they were told to shred it. Musk's own coding style apparently involves no proper software architecture and just creating one huge spaghetti jumble of code. Based on this type of vision - the Tesla code must be a nightmare -- it's a wonder the cars don't crash every mile or so on the road. https://www.goodreads.com/quotes/9356850-they-took-one-look-at-zip2-s-code-and-began-rewriting
