Search for "Twitter Files" reveals zippo. Good luck with your assertion. The lawsuit outlines one poster complaining he was banned from Twitter for posting Covid misinformation. The particular complaint relied on information via discovery from the federal government to make the claim of U.S. government oversight.
It's not the phrase that matters, it's what those files revealed that are directly cited in that suit.
